  • Mahindra Roadside Assistance Program is a 24x7 emergency support provided in the event your Mahindra vehicle is immobilised due to any mechanical or electrical or accidental breakdown and the vehicle may not be in a position to be driven to your home, or the destination, or to the nearest dealer workshop.
  • Mahindra Roadside Assistance Program is available round the clock and aims to ensure that you have a pleasurable journey virtually anywhere in India without any worry, in case the vehicle becomes immobilised due to any reason.
  • The 24 x 7 Roadside Assistance Program covers various services such as wheel change, fuel delivery up to 5 litres, taxi co-ordination, handling key lock-out situations, minor on-spot repairs that may be attended on-site and towing your vehicle to the nearest Mahindra workshop in cases of an accident or breakdown.
  • Assistance is never out of bounds with Mahindra Roadside Assistance Program.
Terms & Conditions:
  • The service is applicable for select Mahindra vehicles.
  • The service is available for a period of 1 year for new Xylo, Quanto & Verito and 2 years for Rexton & XUV500 from the date of sale of your new Xylo, Quanto, Verito, Rexton or XUV500 as the case maybe.
  • The 24 x 7 Roadside Assistance is available up to a distance of 100 kilometer from the nearest Mahindra authorized workshop for the particular model.
  • The service is applicable for a condition in which the vehicle has become immobilised.
  • Cost of repair made to your vehicle is not included, unless it is covered under warranty

Awesome experience - new XUV buying

Just to let you know that it was a thrilling feeling to receive my new Opulent Purple XUV W8 FWD. I was very excited when I drove the cheetah out and we all loved the XUV, the colour, engine and of course the majestic drive !!

And the majesty of the XUV is complimented by the excellent support and welcome we had at Anantcars, Bannerghatta road branch. Even though it was a Christmas holiday, they made feel so special during the handover ceremony, entire family was overwhelmed. The season's cake was icing on the joy !!. It was the best handover ceremony I had attended so far.. Special mention to Sales advisor Dinesh who patiently helped me right from test drive to on-time delivery all through last 5 months clearing my queries, multiple visits and unexpected delays from my side. Special thanks to him for all the help in clearing the documentations for loan and registration during my overseas travels. So does finance team ( Mahadeva and Jagdish) who helped to clear the loan in unbelievable speed. Special thanks to Anant cars team for all the help in getting all the things done without any hitch and minimum involvement from me.

My Scorpio developed a problem with the airconditioner. I called Reegan your service advisor and informed him of the problem and the urgency since I am planning to go out of station with the car.

He requested me to come to the garage and had the car checked and informed me that the motor for the blower was stuck. It was decided that the only course of action was to replace the blower and assembly. He arranged this immediately and the car was delivered to me in about an hours time, and within the estimate given to me.

This is the sort of service that I expect from your company, and must give credit to Reegan for his handling the matter.

I am Prof. Vipinendran K, a very satisfied customer of your service center. This is the first time I have serviced my Quanto (4th service - paid service) at the Zulaikha Motors Pvt. Ltd. Keelkatalai, Chennai service center. I had done the initial 3 free services with their Ambattur centre.

The service was excellent, right from the initial booking, reception and Service coordinator and Manager were very courteous and friendly. My special thanks to Mr. Sridhar, Service Manager and Mr. Anabarasan for their efforts in the timely delivery of my vehicle. They were very informal and friendly and I would say I made a few good friends at Zuliakha Motors (an added bonus for getting my vehicle serviced!!)

The vehicle has run around 1000km after the service and I am very happy with its performance till date.

I would like to take a min here and want to provide a very satisfactory feedback on Mahindra with you Hamesha App. I own an XUV 500 W10 and I use this app from day one without any issues.This Application has all details for owner or to the User whilst it eases out all the worries of going to the service station or dialling to the service station toll free number for service appointments or to check the bill status or service history etc. This well-developed app has all the necessary required information from the end user for their use. There are lots other options as well which can be accessed through the app like set the reminders, service notes, track and payment, Mahindra network, direction to the workshop, feed-back. It doesn't stop there, it even provides application tour for understanding the app. The best option is SOS which is very much needed at the time of vehicle break down. I would like to appreciate the team who has developed this application without any flaws and making the Users day with delight. Mahindra Team is playing a major role to get their standard widened in all the aspect and nothing less to compete with the global competitors!! Kudos Team !! Keep up the good work.

While my journey on roads is commanded with your Brand M&M, the off road hassles are governed and managed by some very professional and empathetic human beings. One such human being is Mr. Raghav Sharma from Koncept automobiles Pvt Ltd, Service Station at Sec 37 Gurgaon who has been truly instrumental in ensuring that I was not mentally battered with the noise generated in my newly acquired THAR (DL 3C CU xxxx)!

Like I would have not imagined, some really annoying sound started taking toll on my road journeys in my new Thar and I was a little hassled for future maintainability pursuance. This man Raghav not only identified the defect, but rectified the same with due diligence and expeditious delivery. He also registered the defect, being the first in M&M Thar acquaints and assured that in the future endeavour also if there is no physical damage, the part will be replaced without any cost and burden.

While I continue to drive my Thar with the feeling of acquiring the Road Presence, my parents enjoy their rides in the 2013 bought XuV 5OO (CH 01 AR xxxx). Even in the recent maintenance of the XuV5OO, some truly professional work has been delivered wrt Suspension works and now the Car runs really smooth on the Bumpy Roads.

To put on records, I have also taken a test ride of your newly acclaimed venture of XuV 7OO and on my referral, an Army Colonel has booked his XuV 7OO at Koncept Automobile, Lajpat Nagar this week.

Not sure where and to whom I should start appreciating in this email. Because as a team you have done collectively an amazing job right from following up my vehicle from the beginning of parts ordering and delivered it on time. Have multiple brands of car but have never seen such a service and detailed follow up on the actions taken up by your team. Though have several vehicle both officially and unofficially but my car with MARAZZO was the most luckiest and admired vehicle by me.


Unfortunately the parts was not available when I asked to the Relationship Manager Mr.Nirmal after he was order the parts and keep on following me till delivery time ,the way your people took care of me and my emotion was amazing. All people in your organization were absolutely professional and beyond that I can feel a personal touch with them with the way they were addressing my query and concerns immediately and also the doubts clarification .


I got my car delivered on today 9.5.2023 Which I informed the issues was rectified completely , Mr.Nirmal taking care of my vehicle personally , it felts like wow!! after done the work and it was absolutely beyond my expectations, where I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the team members who were part of the journey. Good Evening. I own a XUV 500 2018 , which has so far covered about 38994 Kms. I sent the vehicle for demand repairs Mr. Magesh had attend my vehicle and addressed my issue and handover the vehicle in perfect conditions. Such a excellent work . I get my car serviced only at AMPL Mahindra @ Guindy regularly.


Mr Magesh, Service adviser @ AmPL Mahindra Guindy , took incharge of my vehicle. The detailed investigation he carried out, the structured way he communicated the issues with me, and ensuring that the additional surprises that came up during the servicing were also addressed, putting up with my impatience for getting my car back was really impressive.


The end result of my car being as good as new in the main functional areas has made me really happy, as I love my XUV 500.I think that such a repair work could not have happened so successfully for the customer, if not for the dedicated, customer-focussed approach of Mr Magesh. In fact, I felt like giving a token reward to him. Instead of that, I am giving this feedback to you.

This is an appreciation email from a happy Mahindra customer.Recently I went to Maya Automobiles at Mogra, WB for my XUV3OO free service after 20K km's (been there after 5K & 10K as well) and below is my feedback:


Right from the beginning I was assisted by Shilpa who understood my problem that I won't be able to visit the service centre due to my office work and she promptly arranged for a pickup of my car from my residence which is approx. 40KMs from the SC. Full marks to her for that!


A couple of technicians who came to pick up my car were very knowledgeable, professional & understood the issues that I was facing & they vowed to get those issues resolved.


Before they started the work they called & took my approval for the total cost that I need to bear. They mentioned a figure and said that it may be less if a certain spare part would not be required. Best part was the invoiced amount was much less as that spare was not required. As far as I understand, most of the SC's would try to extort but Maya Automobiles didn't. Thanks to Tamal for the same.


All in all, I went to pick up my car in the evening and returned a happy customer.. I would like to send my best wishes for all the hard work they are doing to keep their customers happy and hope they keep up with this momentum, going forward as well.

This is regarding the positive feedback and appreciated to Relationship manager Mr.Magesh and the Technician who done the Quick work to my vehicle and excellent job done .


Today I came by Walk in and look at the service center there is a lot of vehicles in workshop so I thought my vehicle will get on Saturday only seriously. But the best part is magesh and his technician given the vehicle in 6 hrs with all works were completed. I cant believe it. What a punctuality they are maintain and the services were done Good & well in Guindy branch which has been taken care of Mr.Magesh RM .


The Magesh checked and analyzed my car service history, based on the report advice the role & responsibility are completely well sound Automobile technical knowledge.After the service, the car looks good and existed to drive for the long drive will keep the post on this.


Moreover Magesh and team did a great Job and recommended move further to the next level position, also request to give the training the same to other RM also.However, the services were good and satisfied, who has been taking care of my XUV 500 TN22DF9957 service. I really appreciate whoever working in my car.

Dear Sir,


I am writing this to express my appreciation and convey thanks to Mr Kantharaju K.C Service Manager and Mr Vijayakanth GM of India Garage, Mysore for their timely help rendered at midnight on 10 May 2023 to continue my journey uninterrupted at crucial time.


I have to travel urgently along with my family in my XUV 500 at midnght of 10 May 23 from Bangalore to Kerala. At midnight 2 AM , in Bangalore-Mysore highway , there was a sudden drastic drop in pick up in my XUV 500. I was tensed as it was very important to reach kerala in time (due to death of close relation). Since travelling in this condition of vehicle was not advisable as travelling ahead involved hilly terrain and another 400 KM to reach my distination. I immediately at midnight, called mobiles of Mr Kanthraju and Mr Vijayakanth which was given by the customer care of ‘With you Hamesh’.


Mr Kantharaju, immediately shared his home location to get the vehicle there to attend the problem and simultaneouslyMr Vijayakanth made arrangement for hired car in case required to continue my jouney. Mr Kantharaju fixed the problem temperorly so that I could reach my destination in the same car in time.


The timely help given by Mr Kantharaju K.C Service Manager and Mr Vijayakanth GM of India Garage at odd hours is highly appreciable. This has reassured me as customer, the confidence in getting help from Mahindra support team any time of the day.

Greetings!!


I recently had to take my car to Koncept Mahindra workshop at Okhla, my car had been damaged and I needed to file a claim with my insurance company and get the side view mirrors as well as rear wiper fixed.


I was a little worried about the process, as I had never done anything like this before, but the manager there (Mr.Bridgeshwari and his team) at the company put me at ease right away. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to do in a way that was easy to understand.


The paperwork and processing of my claim and the repair was all completed in just one day, which was amazing! I was able to get my car repaired and back on the road in no time, thanks to the quick and efficient service The manager kept me informed throughout the process, so I always felt like I was in good hands.


The technician who fixed my car also knew exactly what he was doing… and I landed up deciding on getting my electric windows also fixed all due credit to him as I felt confident of his work and Mr Bridgeshwari specially made arrangements to get the electric motor of the windows procured.


Since I was there the whole day the pantry bhaiya kept on asking me for tea and coffee.. Thankyou to them too.


Overall, I am very happy with prompt service and the efficiency with which the whole thing was handled and I feel such employees are an asset to your company.

On the 18th of May, I was visiting Bhuj, Gujarat, with my XUV500 car bearing the registration number GJ01HW7031 when an unforeseen breakdown occurred, leaving me stranded and unable to start my vehicle.


In my moment of distress, I promptly contacted the Mahindra service center, and to my relief, within a few minutes, Mr. Satya Upadhyay (Technical Manager) and Mr. Rajiv Varma (Service Manager) arrived at the scene to rescue me. They arrived fully equipped, assessed my car meticulously, and successfully started it. Additionally, they advised me to replace the car battery, keeping in mind that I had to continue my journey to Ahmedabad the following day.


I want to commend Mr. Upadhyay and Mr. Varma for their exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to go above and beyond their duties. They accompanied me to the battery service center, where they assisted me in selecting the appropriate battery for my car. We were a group of 10 Thars, who travelled as part of the Trailhunters 4x4 convoy, from Delhi to Kaza, to experience Extreme Winter Spiti. The journey & the weather conditions were extremely tough, with temperature going down as low as -25 to -30 degree celcius. It was a test for both Men and Machines. I am happy to share that all the participants are back home safely last night - all thanks to the amazing performance by Mahindra vehicles, that performed exceptionally well during the entire expedition, even in the toughest of conditions. There were just a few hiccups in the diesel vehicles in extreme cold temperature, but that was easily solutionzed by the expert support we received from the Mahindra executive who travelled with us onground.


We want to extend a special mention to Mr. Venu Gopal Bhardwaj from Mahindra Regional Office Chandigarh for his outstanding efforts in managing and arranging all the necessary support for our expedition. His dedication and attention to detail were instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful journey for our team.

When I repaired from popular Mahindra Kollam only we understood that the vehicle had all these problems since I have received the vehicle from SS Mahindra Trivandrum I thought this way only the vehicle can perform due to the 3 cylinder engine, and day by day the problems was increasing. My relationship with the Mahindra Group started in 2003 when I bought a Ford Ikon. The relation has evolved all the way to my using hand sanitiser made by Mahindra Summit Agriscience. I have been driving a Scorpio since 2009.

After a lot of homework, I finally got your email id. I seriously don't know if this is still the correct email id, since I don't want to delay communicating my emotions/experience with you, I am trying my luck with this email id, for now.

I simply want to congratulate you folks for designing a fantastic car (XUV700) and more than that for having a super fantastic staff and providing unmatchable after sales experience. I bought my car in Feb 2022 and there were some minor things that I was struggling to understand, I called your service center, and they immediately sent someone to my house, to help me understand the tech part of it. A couple of days later, I faced another difficulty, to understand a couple of car functions, and I reached out to the service center again, they promptly helped me with the best of their capabilities and to my satisfaction. Third time again, I reached out to them (thrice in a span of 60 days of buying the car) and I got a favorable response from the service center. I have more stories to share e.g., timely software updates at home, regular follow-ups on the performance of the car etc. but in the interest of time I don't want to eat up too much of your time.

I have been using a xxxxxxx vehicle since donkey years, but I never got this warm treatment, never ever! I have already thanked the staff at the service center, but I would like you to communicate this from your side, so that they feel more motivated and keep on doing the great customer relationship job.

I cannot recall everyone's name but I definitely remember the name of my SPOC @ Mahindra, he is Raghav Sharma@Koncept Mahindra Sector 37 Gurugram, what a fantastic professional he is! I would like to bring to kind attention my experience with Zulaikha motors, Keelkattalai during the 2nd service of my car.

I'm a proud owner of XUV 300 W8 (O) AMT bearing registration number TN19 AR 2310 after owning a xxx vehicle for years. At times I regret why I chose xxx as my first car but as the saying goes xxx is the dream car for most of the 1st time car buyers, I guess I also did the same thing.

All this while I used to have the feeling of owning a XUV 300 coz of the built quality and its comfort. But now I have great respect and feel proud to be associated with Mahindra.

While I purchased my car with AMPL, I happened to drop into Zulaikha motors, Keelkattalai branch to attend to a snag a few months back and honestly I liked the hospitality and the way my complaint was handled. This created curiosity in me to check the kind of service and treatment I will be going through as part of my 2nd service. I drove into the Keelkattalai service centre on 18/Aug and I was welcomed. I happened to interact with the service engineer Mr. Arun, I was listing down all the issues that I observed and felt. While I was interacting with Mr, Arun I happened to meet Mr. Kannan the AGM of this service centre and he gave me an assurance that my issues will be fixed. He immediately put me across to the Technical engineer Mr. Mani and this combination of all these 3 people was deadly. They were hearing my complaints and brainstorming there itself what issue it could lead to this kind of problem. I was rest assured with so much in depth analysis my issue is definitely to get fixed.

To my surprise, Mr. Mani called at noon and explained that the issues that I was encountering were all fixed. 2 hrs later I received a call from Mr.Kannan where he said he had test driven the car and everything is fine and the kind words such as "incase of any discomfort we are here to help you - true meaning of with you hamesha". Finally it was Mr. Arun took utmost care to deliver the car as it had rained the previous night.

Truly an amazing experience. I'm very much delighted. Kindly pass on these words to your team and keep them motivated because the word service always goes unnoticed. Feel free to call me for any additional details.

As I continue to be away from India, my 2013 Thar continues to be driven by my father, clocking around 62000 kms. Some or the other niggle in my Thar implies, that my father would call me and now that he specifically recognises that someone by name of Mr Sonu Jaiswal from NBS Mahindra Goregaon, is his go to person, he will request me to set up an appointment with Sonu ji.

This time the issue being an AC malfunction and some other minor glitches, Mr Jaiswal arrived at the promised time and resolved the issue within the said duration. One thing that my father admires about Mr Jaiswal is his honest feedback of what will required to be addressed in the workshop and what can be addressed by him, then and there. This expectation setting by Mr Jaiswal instills confidence and trust in my father to know where he can venture with the Thar, without facing any inconvenience to himself or my family.

Left side Rear view mirror damaged today morning, while I'm in Chennai, which is almost 700km from home town.

Immediately, I called my Advisor, Mr. Geo George, with Horizon Service Centre, Thellakom, Kottayam, Kerala (where I do my regular services). In 5 minutes time, he send me a list of workshops in chennai, which has the stock of the mirror.

Called Ms. AadiLakshmi (CRM) of Zulaikha Service Center, Velachery for help.. Within 10minutes she confirmed the availability of mirror and booked a slot for me.

Evening 04:30pm reached the workshop. Advisor Varadarajan promptly helped me with the procedures, while Ms. Shilpa ensured my family is comfortable in the lounge..

Within 15 minutes mirror got fixed and I left the premises.

Myself Shivashankar (Software engineer in a reputed MNC company at Bengaluru) and I am writing this email to share a great experience I had at MAHINDRA KARNATAKA AGENCIES UDUPI from the servicing team.

My XUV 500 (2016 model) had an issue on 23rd October 2022 in which the clutch was not at all allowing to shift the gear and breakdown near Sringeri, Chikmagalur District, Karnataka. Using RSA, my car was towed to this service centre at Udupi. It was on 24th October 2022 where everyone was in Deepawali celebration. But if it was doable I had to get it repaired on the 24th itself, so when I checked with Mr.Pradeep (Service Manager at MAHINDRA KARNATAKA AGENCIES UDUPI), he assured of getting his team ready within 1hr to do the initial check. I was counting on him and after 1hr of time he confirmed that the issue is with the clutch slave cylinder concentric, clutch cover and disc which needs to be replaced. I don't know who's luck it is that only one clutch cover and disc was in the stock waiting for my XUV 500 :). Pradeep updated me that his team is proceeding to work and confirmed that I can start traveling from Sringeri to the service centre to get the vehicle. It was 2:30pm on the same day, Pradeep updated me that work is completed and ready for delivery. It was like a wow experience for me as I got the issue fixed on the holiday and also I was thinking that servicing XUV 500 outside Bengaluru is risky due to lack of expertise and availability of spare parts. But Mr.Pradeep and his team cleared my thoughts, really did a great job and exhibited true commitment. Please share my kudos to the team, keep up the good work.

The following rhapsody is again not an artificial veneer but my genuine musings about the services rendered by PPS Mahindra Service station Thanisandra, Bangalore.


At the very outset, let me express my sincerely to Mr.Lokesh (General Manager) from Mahindra PPS Service Center Nagawara, Thanisandra branch, Bangalore. What a thorough professional and a gentleman with customer centricity he is.


This man deserves a standing ovation for his phenomenal work that encompasses honesty , integrity, kindness with a tremendous amount of service orientedness.Today I thump my chest and can tell the entire world that Mr. Lokesh is the raison detre for me to continue my loyalty with Mahindra. The following succinct anecdote stands as a testament to the commendations that i ushered unto Mr. Lokesh.


Sometime in the month of Dec 2022, my vehicle suddenly encountered an engine malfunction error on instrument cluster. I immediately dialled Mr. lokesh and expressed my concern. Within a jiffy, Mr Lokesh arranged a cab facility and tucking of the vehicle from the place where I was stranded all alone. This gave me a feel good factor as the intensity and severity with which the service station guy under the leadership of Mr Lokesh viz, Mr Arun reacted and responded impressed me to the brim. Long story cut short, after a thorough investigation and diagnosis it was declared that the 4th cylinder engine was getting misfired and needs an immediate resolution. At this stage , Mr Lokesh has been very instrumental in orchestrating and escalating the issue to Mahindra Manufacturer. This stands as a perfect epitome of stakeholder management. I was blown away at the leadership and management skills of Mr Lokesh at that time of juncture.Mr lokesh took the entire responsibility unto his shoulders and made sure that the issue was rectified once and for all. What transpired during that process of resolution is a perfect case study for a customer delight.


I'll not brag too much about Mr Lokesh, but the only possible favour that I can make to Mr Lokesh is by humbly putting up a request to PPS Mahindra to appreciate him for this brilliant and phenomenal seminal work.This man deserves a promotion or an elevation to the next level.

Hi,


My car is being serviced for regular service and other maintenance work since last few years and Yashwant Naik has been the Service Advisor on my car.His quality of service, responsiveness, understanding of issues and prompt reverts have been excellent.He makes sure to circle back with me for my issues.


I understand he may technical dependence on other staff and that may have led to my problem of the car needing extra attention.I have other brand cars (Hyundai & Maruti) as well and Yashwant has been one of the best Service Advisor I have dealt with. In fact me coming to Sky is because of his prompt and helpful service. I have dealt with NBS early and I can compare the difference here.


My earlier feedback on your link was not completed and the feedback went out before I could complete it fully.Once again thanks to Yashwant for promptness and excellent customer service.

Staff appreciation


I would like to say thank you for your service team at SS Mahindra Attingal. Recently they helped me to solve my issue about of missing a rubber bush in the container body of my Mahindra pick up vehicle and it is not available in the local market.


I informed the service team at SS Mahindra Attingal about my problem of non-availability. They were ready to help me as a mahindra customer even if it was not Mahindra parts.


Thanks to the efforts of your staff I got the bush within two days at free of cost from the body building company SURAKSHA who built the body.


I would like to say thanks once again for the whole service team of S.S mahindra Attingal especially Mr Vishnu from spare parts , Mr Sreejith - service advisor, Mr Deepu - manager . I trust this mail greets you in good spirit and health.I would like to acknowledge you and your business for your outstanding dedication to customer service, specially Mr Paramjeet and Firoz. Last week I got a call from Mr Paramjeet that after waiting for so long the tern indicators are in stock and can be installed on my car.


I was elated beyond words and today visited the service center for the installation.I finally visited the service center today and Mr Firoz took extra care and came is early sharp at 8.45 AM to attend me personally, and took me through the process of job sheet creating with a jiff.Not only did he made the whole process of installation seamless but also proactively informed me about the software update and other minor changes.


Post the installation, even thought he was busy, he took the pain to explain me the new apple car play features and other new enhancements made to the car with utmost patience.I have been driving Honda cars all by life but have never came across a service dedication as shown by Param and Firoz.


It is nice to know that Indraprastha automobile Wazirpur , with its professionalism and dedication to their customers, is there to stand by their unquestionable devotion to quality and professional service.I will not hesitate to refer anyone for any automobile bodywork related to any Mahindra vehicle.

1. Mr. Manish Sharp - He is one of the most humble and helpful tech service engineers I’ve ever met. His ability to keep his cool and to deliver service with a smile in such a stressful work environment is exemplary and very inspiring. Not only is he thorough in his technical expertise, he is also a personification of customer advocacy and service! He helped me a lot in addressing the steering/alignment issues with our new vehicle and ensured the the issue was resolved to satisfaction.


2. Mr. Rahul Khator - Be it sales, customer service, or being the voice of your customers, Rahul has got it all. He deserves a special mention for making the entire purchase process hassle free and keeping us confident in the Mahindra brand. He has been very pleasant to interact with and has always been forthcoming to help.


3. Mr. Kailash Sen - Kailash was our first PoC for the purchase and helped finalize XUV700. He was very accommodating and provided us with multiple test drives to help us compare options. He also kept us posted on the delivery status etc. and helped complete most of the statutory formalities in the process.

I wish to place on record the deep satisfaction and gratitude for Schangalaya Motors’s General Manager, Karthick K.19 Dec 2022 - when it all began…


After driving for 2,943 kms I reached Podicherry. At about 7.45 pm check engine light came on the dash panel and the Thar went in the limp mode. I was upset and concerned as I needed to leave on 21st morning for my next destination. I immediately called my Service contact, Harmeet Singh, Sri Durga Automobiles, Delhi and spoke to him. The first thing he said was don't worry as Mahindra is always “With you Hamesha”.


I was not convinced and was upset that a new vehicle is misbehaving like this. Within minutes I got a call from Mr. Chauhan, Service GM. He too assured me help is on the way and informed me that they have a Service GM WhatsApp group and the SOS has been posted and acknowledged.In the next 15 minutes I got a call from Karthick who introduced himself as the GM Schangalaya Motors, Pondicherry. He said, Mam tell me where you are and help will be there. I was taken aback that I am being assured at this hour of the day..


The service vehicle came at 8.30 pm sharp, with a mechanic also named Karthick. He used the OBD scanner to scan the error and tried his best to solve the error. At about 10.45 pm I was called by the GM again to explain that the Thar needs to be looked into deeply and they will work on the same in the morning and he assured me that the vehicle will be road worthy by evening next day. He requested to let them take the vehicle at night only. I agreed but was worried as my Thar was full of my personal belongings and I was in no position to empty the same at the hotel at that hour. I was again assured by Karthick, GM that my belongings will be safe and I need not worry. There was something in his tone which gave me comfort and confidence.


The GM again called me in the morning telling me the diagnosis work had begun, A few hours later another call from him, informing me that the fault was identified. Next was the faulty part, wiring harness, was not available with them, however it was in Chennai and he had already requested for the same and he said it is coming and will reach by 4 pm latest and 2 more hours will be required to change the part. Not once did Kathick give me an opportunity to call him to ask about the status of the Thar as he was proactively calling me whenever there was an update to be shared at regular intervals. Never have I ever experienced this, as you have to chase time and again to get an update. He again called me - part received. I was relieved. At around 8 pm he called me to say, Thar tested and all is good and asked me where am I so that the car could be delivered to me. During the day I was contemplating whether to stay one night extra, which would enable me to test drive the Thar to ensure all is actually well.I took the delivery at 8.30 pm, 24 hours later from when the distress alarms were ringing. My next concern was to check my belongings. To my utter surprise everything was as I had handed over, like even the microfiber cleaning cloth kept next to the hand brake was exactly the way I had dumped it there! Kudos to your word Karthick that everything will be intact and as you left it!!! Honestly, I did not expect that all the belongings would come back safely.


I decided at night to continue my journey as planned the next morning, basis GM’s conviction and his convincing me that all is ok and to trust him! I continued my drive the next day to Kanchipuram and finally reached Delhi on 31st Dec 2022 after driving 2,670 kms from Pondicherry via various cities, without any other issue.Out of my 39 years of passionate driving, from the last 27 years I have been driving xxxxx, and 6 xxxxx back to back. This is my 1st Mahindra Vehicle, hence I was very worried about the support I would receive in case of any problem. I would now proudly like to say Karthick, GM is the 3rd service person in the driving years who has shown outstanding customer care relationship. A solo lady driver in distress was handled so aptly and confidently by him. I was wanting to meet him in person to share this feedback and my happiness. Alas, I could not. Maybe another time! The mechanic too, Karthick really worked hard to ensure my Thar was roadworthy! What is really noteworthy above, is the fact that the GM himself was in constant touch with me and my case was not handed over to a SA, UNIMANGINABLE & WOW!!!!!!


I am very very very grateful for what you have done for me Karthicks, GM and Mechanic and wish you the very best in whatever you do. May you both always be successful in all your endeavors and come out with flying colours.


I have full confidence in Mahindra and I can continue to drive solo anywhere in the country with this beautiful and memorable experience which I will cherish always and share with one and all.

I had taken maintenance services of my ' Verito G4 , GJ 05 JB 9629 ' car from Nanavati Mahindra. Really they done best maintenance services.


They aware me about the maintenance SOP and explained what kind of service are due as per set criteria/norms. I feel very effective services when I drive the car. I would also like to appreciate about the honesty , team replaced only require spare parts ( in Quotation it was shown more spares but during maintenance they felt no unnecessary replacement) . Hope good service will give continuously good performance my car.


We Love this car due to its specious seating and Boot space. Good BHP of engine and high mechanical strength.


Special thanks to Mr. Jay Shastri and his entire maintenance team. Mr. Micky Patel ( GM) and Mr. Dinesh has also supported well.

Based on your communication with MM Motors, GM Service called me and assured that he will provide and make sure the issue will be resolved,


Based on his assurance, I have provided the vehicle to MM Motors, and my brake issue was resolved. Test engineer took me test drive after the issue was resolved.


Also appreciate MM Motors Service GM Mr Santosh, who took special attention to explain the issue details to me and also, he personally inspected the vehicle pre & post resolution.


Now my vehicle Braking function is working fine.
